Imagine yourself where you want to be, then begin to think that way:
~I am healthy. I eat nutritious, wholesome foods.
~I do look better. But most importantly, I FEEL better.
~I am eating right. I make healthy choices.
~I do exercise. I feel strong because of the adrenaline rush. Endorphins.
~I have earnt this body. I love this body, no matter what size or shape, because it’s mine. It’s my home.Tell yourself these things instead of saying you will do them in the future, you’re doing them right now. You ARE all of these things.
